Paying for Therapy
Consultations are complimentary.
Session fees range from $200 to $300.
Membership plans include monthly and packaged options.
Therapy is a true investment, and we do not offer refunds on session or membership fees.

We accept any US-issued and most internationally-issued credit and debit cards bearing Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.
In-Network Benefits
Our practice is in network with the following insurance panels: Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Blue Shield CA, and TriCare.

Out-of-Network Benefits
If you have a PPO plan, you may be eligible to get 60-80% of each session reimbursed after you meet your deductible.
FSA / HSA
Flexible spending accounts (FSA) and health savings accounts (HSA) allow you to set aside money before taxes, which may be used to pay for your appointments with us.
Time Expectations
Consultations are 15-minutes
Coaching calls range from 20 to 30-minutes (Concierge Members Only)
Individual sessions are 55-60-minutes
Couples sessions are 55-60-minutes
Family sessions are 55-60-minutes
Age Range
Although we love working with little ones, the virtual platform is not conducive for their developmental needs. Therefore, for individual and family work we can partner with ages 11 and above. For parents of younger ones who want to do family work, we can use our time together to address parenting needs, and what you can do to strengthen your co-parenting and parent/child relationships.
